Additionally, their website lacked dedicated pages for many high-demand services.

Without service-specific landing pages, they were missing out on key opportunities to rank for highly targeted searches. The absence of a structured internal linking system further weakened their ability to guide users toward conversion pages.

Nova Junk serves a wide range of locations, with a strong presence in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C. Their primary customers include homeowners, real estate agents, businesses, and property managers looking for efficient and eco-friendly junk removal solutions.

The Solution

To significantly boost lead generation, we implemented a hyper-local SEO strategy designed to capture location-based searches at scale.
Our approach began with an in-depth keyword analysis to identify high-intent service-related search terms.
We then built and optimized 35+ dedicated location pages for Virginia, 30+ for Maryland, and 5 for Washington D.C.
These pages were tailored to specific cities and regions, ensuring search queries like “junk removal in Hamilton, VA” or “furniture disposal in Silver Springs, MD” would direct users to highly relevant content.
Each service page was strategically linked to the relevant location pages, creating a robust internal linking structure that reinforced keyword relevance. It was achieved by integrating location + service keyword targeting.

Results

The transformation in Nova Junk’s online presence was remarkable. Within months, their organic traffic surged by 281.8%, jumping from 550 to 2.1K visitors. This dramatic growth directly impacted lead generation, which saw a 3.4x increase, bringing in a steady stream of potential customers.
Online appointment requests grew by 65%, while call inquiries spiked by 88%, reflecting the effectiveness of hyper-local targeting. Page engagement increased by 53%, as visitors spent more time exploring relevant service and location pages.
With optimized content and better keyword targeting, keyword visibility improved by 60%. Conversions saw a major boost, with form submissions increasing by 3x and overall conversion rates improving by 2.9x.
